First race was a hoot. Mr. Page took good advantage of my stumble with a couple laps to go. Thanks for the fun Aaron.
Second race not so good. My apologies to Mr. Holm for sliding into you going through Druids corner. Didn't think it would push out that far. That knocked you off track, you got some wheel spin, and turned back on track and I hit you again. That put you straight and I got my just desserts for banging you twice by sliding off track and falling way behind. Again Pete, sorry for my misjudgement, glad to see you had a good race.

Great fun Jerry, racing incident. We tend to run door to door a lot with no issues! I think in the first race it was Aaron that past you in the last couple laps, I was playing catchup to you two for most of the race.
Congrats Aaron, Nice race and an Old Farts Win!, you really put the pressure on, well done!
Cheers Pete

First off, congrats to Joe and Jason on your respective wins!
I have to say, this week's races were the most fun I've had in this mod. Although I haven't tamed it, it no longer has me tamed. Race one: all I could try to do in the first half was to try to stay close to Pete and Jerry, who were having one heck of a race, and to stay ahead of Robert, who was close enough to keep me honest. About halfway, Pete spun off of T1, and I now had to catch up with Jerry, which took 6-7 laps. And, Jerry, you are most undoubtedly the best smooth defensive driver I've ever raced; you never block, but you sure as heck let me know that that pass I might be thinking about is going to be iffy, at best -- damned fun running with you, sir! All the time I'm trying, Peter kept getting closer and closer, and if it hadn't been for a minor mistake we likely would have finished 3 together at the checkers. Great fun, you guys. Race two, I was tired as hell from race 1, and approaching T1L1 I had to be extra careful, and hence lost 2 positions, and a third a few turns later to Jason. Then here comes Pete (again!), lap after lap faster than I am, and unfortunately I went off exiting T1, making the pass far too easy for him. I knew I wasn't going to keep up with you, Pete, so I just tried to finish decent laps but...damn, who is that coming up on me closer every lap? Gotta be Gilles, I'm thinking, because he's running 2 secs faster than I am (as he did in practice). I managed to stay in front, only because I had a large gap to start with. All in all, a good night's fun.
