Thanks for finding this mod and running a practice race with it, Joe. They're really fun cars to drive, a fun balance between maintaining discipline and finding just how much your setup will allow you to maintain control as you push its/your limits. I'm sure that if you run a series with it, and lots of folks with various skill levels enter, there will be multiple intense races throughout the pack ( a big deal not only to the guys up front, but also those of use who race from the mid-pack back ). One thing that surprised me in the practice race, though, was that there was no "parade" lap, just a countdown and green and go racing! I don't know if that's a deal with the track or the mod, but if you do decide to run this mod for a series, let us know if there will or will not be a show lap, K? grin

Thanks for the critique Aaron. I'm working on a schedule for these cars now. Watch for it to come soon. I think this is a good mod for all skill levels. The cars are not too hard or too easy to drive. You can really throw them around and still keep them pointed in the right direction. To me the GT40 seems more stable than the 330 but I can still match fast times with both cars. There seems to be a great balance of performance between the two cars. Now all we need is a few more drivers. Attendance has dropped off lately so please spread the word.

Nice video, Joe -- shows not only how close the competition can be, but also where time can be gained (Jerry was killing me in the practice race exiting T1, so I don't need THAT lesson! For all you mid-pack back racers that I normally get to run with, jump in for this series -- two good corners in a row can really put you back in the midst of a battle if you've made an earlier mistake -- it should be a lot of fun.
